Kami ada menjual pelbagai jenis pakaian terutamanya JUBAH dengan harga yang berpatutan...Terdapat pelbagai jenis jubah moden yang terbaru dan terkini dalam pelbagai saiz, warna dan corak yang pasti akan menarik minat anda semua... Sebarang pertanyaan berkaitan harga, tempahan dan saiz bolehlah dihantar kepada pihak admin ( CT Butik & Siti Norhamidah )...

Terms & Conditions:

1-No refundable items, please measure your body first according to the measurement given.

We always double check the conditions before we deliver the dress.

2-No money will be refund as in business every transaction will be recorded & analyzed. refund = loss. But, u can change your stock in case the dress are defected or wrongly send to you.

3-Please bear in mind that some items are ready stock & pre order. For PRE ORDER items u need to wait at least 1 week to 2 week. If there is problem with your stuff we will inform you A.S.A.P.

4-If you need the dress urgently, within a week please dont take any risk to place the order, unless for some design:

1-All Assyifaa Design (Vest, GC31, Shekina, Mariza, Shakira & etc)

We wont be responsible for any other late delivery as every pre order is stipulated clearly above: 2 weeks(8-9 working days).

5-If you have any problem with us, do SMS us- 0176080026. We will reply your sms within 24 hours. Never post any negative comment such as,"Bila nak dapat barang ni? lama sangat!" at our wall. It is somehow may tarnish our reputation as we are on9shop & trustworhthy is the main element in seller & customer's deal.

6-As we are also a human like you my dearest customer, please take not that sometimes we have some limitation in timing. We are always try at our best to reply your comments & messages at facebook/SMS.

If there is any late reply, please be patience. This is a PART TIME business so that i have some priority that should be focused.

7-The dress is 95% look alike the picture , according to the lighting effect.
